All drivers must be 18 years of age and must possess a valid Driver's License.
Benbow ATV Rentals requires all drivers to sign a liability waiver.
A 30% deposit is required for the rental of 3 or more ATV's. Policy will be explained during initial conversation with BATVR. Customers may cancel reservations at any time at no charge. When a customer does not cancel and does not show up, the full amount of the reservation is charged to their credit card.

Never operated a 4-wheeler before? Don't worry - we provide training in the operation of our machines, as well as a practice area, so you'll be completely comfortable before you head out on your own. We provide helmets, and recommend that you wear protective clothing: Sunglasses or goggles, boots, gloves, long pants and a long sleeved shirt or jacket.
